Keto Turkey Meatballs

  • 1.3 pound ground turkey
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 ½ tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 420°F
  • In a mixing bowl, place the ground turkey and add the seasoning (paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, black pepper) combine well.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg. 
  • Mix the egg and almond flour with the turkey until is all combined. 
  • Prepare your frying pan with olive oil on medium heat. 
  • Once the oil is hot, scoop the turkey mixture and place them into the olive oil. 
  • Wait until the bottom is lightly brown before turning the meatballs over. 
  • Prepare a baking pan by spreading the tomato sauce on the surface. 
  • Once the meatballs have fried on both sides, place them on the tomato sauce. 
  • Top the turkey meatballs with mozzarella cheese and place in the oven for 15 min.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley. 


The turkey mixture will be very soft when you add the egg. After scooping it into the frying oil  they’ll become more meatball like.
